Pillsbury bake-off
We recently had a great opportunity to shoot alongside with our great friend Joe Dickie of Generation Photography. One of the nicest photographers you will ever meet. It was so nice to see you again, Joe!
We were covering part of the Pillsbury bake-off event. It was so much fun, we met so many nice people from all over the place. Also we would like to send our congratulations to all the finalists and especially to Carolyn Gurtz for her million-dollar cookie. That is just amazing!
Some of the finalists.
We started off photographing "Downhome with the Neely's" dinner at The Fairmont Hotel. Pat and Geena Neely run 4 very successful Memphis BBQ restaurants with their families, and also host their show on the Food Network. They were rocking the grill all night and oh boy let me tell you about their BBQ. It was just so tender, juicy, and really everything they made was just soooo...o good. I love it all!!! Since that day, I have been craving the Neely's BBQ, I want more!!!
A quick portrait for Pat and Geena.
The morning after, we photographed "Lifestyle Seminar" at The Arlington Hall. 30 women rotate through 5 workshops focusing on hair and make-up, fashion, cooking and entertaining at home.
Jonathan Antin, Stylist with Marsela and her team from Salon M.
Kelli Delaney, Celebrity stylist.
Elizabeth Harrison, Party Confidential.
Chef Kent Rathbun.
We had a blast! Our thanks to Nicole Mader for including us in this awesome event and the biggest thanks to Joe for trusting and having faith in us. We appreciate it!!!
